Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Serasmos & Co Solutions ships within the United States. We offer local delivery for customers in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area and surrounding Minnesota communities. Nationwide shipping is available where cold-chain delivery is feasible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Because our juices are cold-pressed and perishable, orders are prepared fresh and typically ship within 1–3 business days of order placement.

Shipping Methods

We use insulated packaging and expedited carriers to preserve product quality during transit. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be displayed on the website.

Perishable Goods Notice

Our cold-pressed juices require refrigeration. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order upon delivery. Serasmos & Co Solutions is not responsible for product quality if the package is left unattended for an extended period after delivery.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status with the carrier.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@serasmos.com.
